A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Matt Leibelt.

I'm a Southern California native and an independent mortgage broker with 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

I enjoy what I do, but what I enjoy most is getting to know the people I work with and helping them through what can sometimes feel like a complicated process.

I've always believed that getting a mortgage should be a personal experience. You're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, and you deserve someone who takes the time to explain your options, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable with your decisions.

I'm relationship-driven, not transaction-driven.

As an independent mortgage broker with Spectrum Mortgage Services, I'm not limited to one bank's loan programs or pricing. I have access to a wide range of wholesale lenders, which allows me to shop around and find financing options that make sense for each client's situation.
